When removing EGR, Can I plug the green and red vacuum lines?

EDIT - I read the other post and I am teecing it out but still..There's one that goes to the top of the intake elbow and another that goes to the EGR...I get them mixed up but they come bundeled together in a hose. Can I plug them both?

yes i plugged the port on the intake and all i did was unhook the big harness that all those lines go into, i didnt cap any of them. no i dont have a tweecer. peace

The red one doesn't go on the FPR though. Stock set up it goes into the 3 prong thingy that is attached to the intake from memory and the green one goes to the EGR. There is a large tube that comes off the 3 prong thingy that goes into the FPR.:scratch:
 
FPR runs on vacuum, so that black tube is its source. You should have a vacuum diagram on the hood of your car, I do. I plugged both red and green with a screw, I think they lead to the EGR and smog pump???
