Where can I buy an upper and lower girdle?

I know DSS makes lowers, what about uppers?

and a pretty worthless install to boot. It doesn't keep the block from twisting so it won't keep the lifter valley from splitting either.

The lower girdles do help with deflection a bit. They're also great for holding the two halves together when/if the stock block does split.

so you think the lower is worth it? I just got my heads, already have the nitrous, doing h/c/i on a 150 shot.

Personally, I DO think the lower girdles are worth having. A little extra beefing up of the 2 bolts mains certainly couldn't hurt. Although the lower girdle doesn't "share the load between all the mains" like many advertisers would tell you. It does help reduce at least some of the load on those 2 lonely bolts per cylinder. It will also spread out some of the vibration harmonics at higher RPMS. The best part, is that if your block ever DOES split, then it stand a good chance of holding the pieces together so that your internals can be reused.

Just get some bailing wire and duct tape. From what I understand, that will help as much as the girdles, lol.
