I know I haven't posted on here in awhile so I figured I would post some updated pics of where I stand with the new set-up.

Well I decided to start from ground zero basically, I sold everything off the old set-up minus the block...lol. I wanted to try the NA thing so I built a 347 this time using my B50 block. I removed all my rear suspension for a completely new set-up, I removed some weight from the car (still have more to remove later in life), and started on a new slate. I don't take kind of any type of credit card debt so it takes me awhile to buy cool parts.

Here are a pics of the new motor (links only b/c the pics are big):

The first link shows the new 94/95 specific Meziere electric water pump. I'm still working on my alternator bracket, it will be on the passenger side despite what the pics show. No a/c, no p/s, just alter pulley and crank pulley. Looking for this motor to put down over 400rwhp alone. I know I said naturally aspirated but I couldn't help but look into nitrous kits, but that's for later in life. For now I'm going to try to refine this set-up to get me into the high 10s on pump gas on motor.

Here are a few pics of the new rear suspension set-up from Kevin Slaby at BaseLineSuspensions

Lots of extra bracing in that set-up, and I'm using his antiroll bar. All chromemoly full adjustable stuff (hopefully not over my head).

That is the MMR rear coilover set-up using Comp Eng 3way adjustable shocks. I wanted the Strange 10ways but nobody makes a coilover kit for them. I will also be using a Kenny Brown shock tower brace for extra strength. All the seams are welded up and battle boxes are installed.

The rear has been beefed up with Moser 33spline axles, Moser c-clip eliminators, Moser spool, FRPP 4.30 gears, and NHRA legal studs. I also need to send my PI converter to get it loosened up for this motor as well.

After adding a HO Fibertrends hood, and Weld Prostars I'm hoping the car will be done around 3300 with me. Then its saving time for Strange brakes, and aftermarket seats. My rear seat is already deleted.

Anyways, I know a few people were curious so there it is and where I am at. Its been slow but its getting there.

Yea I had it over there when I was still planning on using the stock water pump. I just used a big spacer and was going to get a turnbuckle arm from March. It was pretty simple. But now with the Meziere pump I can run the alternator up that high the belt will hit the pump housing.

They work just fine. I don't know if they will work with the stock alternator bracket on a 94/95 car. I know some people have to clearance them with their bracket. They work fine for me since I don't have any brackets..lol.

Good to see you Troy. I'm on hiatus myself since over rev'n my motor and hitting all the valves. Sadly I haven't even touched the car since I pulled the heads off in April. Well, I hope to see you on here more Troy, and I can't wait to see how that combo works for you!

that looks great let us know if you have any hood clearance troubles with that intake a friend of mine with a fox body has big time troubles with that, and i have been wanting to put one on my car but fear it won't clear my hood.

Gonna reply to everyone in this post.

Paul: Man I hadn't heard about your motor doing the piston slap job, that sucks man. Yea I'm starting to get my motivation back and see how this NA game works.

Joe: Yea the 302 and 10s was fun at 3500lbs but that was with a power adder. I'm hoping to get this 347 NA into the 10s on motor alone while adding nitrous for low 10s. The 10s on motor will be pump gas.

Mike: Yea the intake is very big, gonna have to break down and buy a hood. As for the rear coilovers, you do drop a few lbs...but my lower control arms do not have spring perches on them so I had to get coilovers.

YEAHLO95: This intake uses a 1in billet spacer, no way it will clear a stock hood.

RC: Yea it's good to be back around a little bit.

SQUEEZE: I'm a fan of don't fix it if it ain't broke, but thanks for the offer that is a great price. There is a guy on here that posted a question asking for the part number maybe you can sell to him.

Doug: I doubt that...those guys run low 9s high 8s. But I hope to bust into the 9s on the nitrous later.

Thanks for the all the compliments guys.

Man haven't seen you in awhile.

And to answer your question I don't know since I am eliminating the heater lines. But just my point of view I would think that they would work. The BBRC rails are awesome.

Hey Troy... reason why I ask is because I bought a set for my next engine build.. And don't have heads or intake to put on the engine yet so no way of test fitting. By looking in your pic almost looks like it would be an issue. Just wanting to confirm..

BTW looks like a killer setup good luck with it. What are you going to use to Tune it with the PMS or AEM?
