Where is the ECM Power Relay located?

Hey guys, does anyone know where the ECM or PCM power relay is located?

I'm about to buy a new ECM for my LX, as I think that's what's broken, but before I do, I want to run one last test of this relay, as I've heard it could also be the cause of my car not starting.

It's above the EEC if you have an aero fox.

Does your fuel pump prime for a few seconds? Do the injectors have constant accessory 12V? Both indicate the EEC relay is functional.
