Where is the EEC relay located??

My car is driving me crazy right now and i was told that it may be the EEC relay but it isn't where i was told it should be, so could somebody please tell me where it is? Thanks

Remove the passenger side kick panel and the small trim piece thats behind it held in by a pushpin. The EEC relay is under there, bolted in front of the PCM by a 6 MM bolt.

i found mine WAYYYYYY up in the top of the dash.

you can see it if you remove the top speaker + grill(right) and look towards the firewall.

only way to get at mine was to remove the dash.

then again.. mines a 92.. I find all kinds of different wiring colours and relays put in other spots eg, fuel relay is in passenger shock tower under the maf.

what exactly is wrong with the relay? no power to the computer? it powers the 2 big red wires into the eec.
