Im building my new motor this winter and was wondering where to buy the internals. I should have a set of forged rods from my speed shop for cheap.

AND what should I look for? Its gonna stay N/A for now but SC in the next year or so.

look for a h-beam good for 800-900. My manley's are good to 900+, just my stock ARP bolts are around 800-850 i think. Pistons are what will be the big decision for you. As for brand go Manley, Diamond, JE or Ross. Maybe Keith Black if you're not going to go too crazy, just stick with a 2618 grade aluminum. You'll need a dish if you want to go boost. 16-23cc dish would be best. 23cc is mainly for the people who are going to run crazy high boost in order not to have to run race gas - so mainly 16-18cc for 9.3-8.9:1 compression. If you need a deal on manleys i have a connection that i can pm you. You can go cobra crank for that extra assurance, but cast GT crank is plenty good just past 600rwhp. If you want a cobra crank I happen to have a new one if you want as well.

Thanks bro. IDK on the cobra crank yet, but I have the hook up on one as well. Not looking to go stupid on all this just fun. Im thinking when its built and all done maybe 400-500 rwhp. Ill be picking up a S or T trim later this spring so... I just have no clue what to shop for. So thanks for your input

Yeah, keep the cast crank then. Its lighter anyways. You could prolly buy like sportmaster manley I beams which i believe are a bit cheaper. Rated at like 550rwhp or something.
