Well I have been debating on which brand to buy here for awhile now and my car is soon going to come out of the garage and she needs some subframes...along w/ a long list of other mods. So I have ruled out the MM full lengths only because $139 is a bit pricy for subs in my book. I saw the D&D motorsports had some subs but I wasnt sure if they were full length but they did have the T brace but I went on their website and looked at them and they were complete JUNK! Of course for $59 what do you expect? They looked like are stock control arms...they are .120 formed pieces of junk. So I am now looking at the Kenny Brown Super Subs....Houston Performance has them for $90 and I could've swore I saw them advertised for $85 somewhere so if anyone knows where to get them for that please let me know. Also what subs you have on your car and how much you paid and where you bought them from would be nice to know. thanx guys and girls if theirs any out there

If looking for subs here you go.Ford Racing subframe connectors
#M5478D Mustangsunlimited.com weld in design.These are the
same ones I had on my old 91 LX and improved handling.

www.griggsracing.com (a top stang suspension name along with MM.. company based upon research in their products).. Subframes for 89 bucks i believe.. I'm really happy with them.. they have an anti rust coating as well. Pics on my site.
I really noticed a difference

subframes

they are like $145 but they are powder coated. little spendy but I like the design. I like the round tubing rather than square.

I like the fact that they don't even offer non full lenghts because full lenghts are the right way to do it.

Alright i think im just going to go w/ the Kenny Brown Super Subs. The extreme matrix i think is a little much. More for road race cars and stuff. My car doesnt get driven many miles its just for show and the occasional trip to the track to show the vettes and vipers whose #1. :nice:

I got a set from CGS chassis off ebay for like $46.00. They are tubular and look pretty good, come painted black. I like the idea of tubular as they will not twist like a rectangle will, its just physics. These are weld on style and seem to look like the Ford Racing ones. I haven't installed these yet but am anxious to see how they help.

Just for the record I just got my KB Supers in and I love them. Made a big difference, and my car was a tight, gently driven GT coupe. Now it never loses composure over bumps anymore. Got mine for $99 at CJ Pony Parts plus $100 or so to install (but I live local and had a gift card so that was the obvious choice)

FRPP weld-in are nearly identical to KB supers for this car; the guy at CJ's thought KB makes the FRPP version.

I've got the Kenny Brown Super Subs with Matrix brace and jacking rails. I like them not because I have any horsepower but instead because I have a vert. The jacking rails are really nice when having to use a jack.

Roush21 i don't think any of those will fit your side exhaust set up... assuming you have it

No side exhaust...I have the side skirts that arent cut out for the side exhaust... I have turn downs in the back to fit the rear, see sig. Thanx for looking out tho!~

I just installed the KB Supersubs on my 03 GT. They really helped out with all the squeaks and rattles expecially since I have driven her hard at the track. I am sure that there are better subframes out there but at $69 from www.rpmoutlet.com they work great. Just my 0.02.
