where to get 4.10's and where to get them installed?

Well I am looking to get 4.10 gears because i need to have sometrhing on take off. But what are the stock gears? 2.73? idonno, anways where should i get the gears from, and what type of place should i have them installed at? to many "rice rocket" places around.... thanks
