Hi all, I just bought a 69' Mach 1 (story and pics will follow in another thread). One of the many things I need is a passenger side rear glass. Where can I find one of these - do automotive glass companies still stock/sell this?

Thanks in advance!

I've never checked for the side glass, but it shouldn't be very difficult to locate a decent side glass used from any number of sources. You might check eBay to find some cheap, but also check places like Mustang specialty salvage yards and dealers. I know there are a bunch, but I can't think of any right this moment... do a quick internet search.

If it is just the quarter window, ebay is your best bet.

Door glass is not available for the 69s repro yet, but the 70 style bolt-in glass has recently become available for fastbacks.

I had a few scratchs in mine so I was going to replace mine when I had the
windshield and side windows replaced. They wanted $475 a piece for the
quater window and that doesn't include the install. I got a new front windshield
new side windows and my back taken out and reinstalled with a new seal for
$700.00. I can live with the scratchs for that kind of Money.

There was a seller on ebay who had the driver's side, it was like $10. too bad its the wrong side. :(

Nasa, the coupe glass is different because it was made to go in a channel to go up and down vs. the fastback hinged glass.

Ahh - thank you very much. There was another 69 right quarter glass on ebay that was non specific for body style - I thought it looked wrong. Must have been a coupe window. Many thanks! :nice:
