Where to install Airbag Line? (Eigbach Drags)

I'm going to be installing the rear portion of my drag setup when i get home (shocks, springs, and control arms) from work. Where should i run the air line for the airbag? I need to mount it so that i can easily reach it with a compressor hose, so i was thinking i might could drill a hole in the trunk and have it mounted on the trunk floor. What has everyone else done? I wont be needing to change the pressure often, but i'd like it to be easy when i do need to. Thanks!

i think thats what most people do...its the easiest place to put it

mine is located on the bumper cover along the bottom lip. its not obvious its there and it makes checking pressure and filling it much easier.
i can try to get a pic tomorrow if you're not sure what i mean.

Ok. Yeah if you can post a pic that would be cool but i think i have it figured out. Right behind my bumper cover is a bracket with 2 holes already drilled. I'll locate it there. A quick question though, how did you attach the line to the car between the filler and bag? I was thinking epoxy or something. Not much to tie it too, just flat gas tank and fender. Thanks a lot. This is all i have left of my suspension other than subframes and some thing i have to put above the driveshaft that came with my springs (no idea what it is), but i'm not doing the subs myself so i have about oh....10 minutes work left!! yippee!!!

edit: That thing that goes in the near the driveshaft is called a pinion snubber. What does it do?

I have airbags in my rear springs also.....was wondering about the same thing, where to mount the valve stem.I was thinking the rear licence plate area maybe.


PS I bought these springs used and the guy didnt know what kind they were, any way i could find out.No #'s or anything on springs either, but they were light blue in color

Not sure how to tell, but for what its worth my eibach's are blue.

I think it keeps the rear from bottoming out on the underside of the car. You need a shorter one with a drop or you'll constantly bottom out the stock snubber. Oddly enough, I don't know that I have one....

i didn't install the springs, but i can take a look and see how the guy put the bags in. i think i'll be going home today, so if i do, i'll look and snap a picture for you.

I've seen BBK springs that were light blue in color, but IDT they come with airbags.
