Where to mount an MSD Digital 6?

First off, I am guessing the wires need to be lengthened to get it into the cabin. Second, is there another place other than the firewall in the engine bay?

I think I remember seeing somebody mount their's where their battery used to be (they had a battery relocate kit). Other than that, I dunno.

Here ya go, it's actually on the other side (passenger side) and it's actually on a fox-body, but you get the idea.

I just got my MSD 6AL a few days ago and have it mounted where the battery used to be. So far its been doing good, but it hasnt been on for too long... Was thinking about cutting out behind the box and putting in some fans to help cool it down

Mine is under the CAI, like in the fox pic that Chris posted. It came like that; were i doing one, it would be in the interior.

Mine is in this next to the CIA in this general location... works well!!
