Where to run wires

I am in the process of installing gauges in my car. My question is where do you run your power wire for the light. I heard of running a "add a fuse" but I am not sure which fuse to plug it into. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Fuse #13 is the dimmer switch -- tapping into that fuse will light and dim the gauges just like your factory ones.
