I have some c springs, 650 front, 200-300 rear, and need to know which bilsteins are best suited to these rates. MM only lists the rates for coilovers.

Those are HD. Unless you are going all out, these are more than enough.
I have H&R SuperSport springs... very stiff spring rate... I know the manager of the American division of H&R and these were what he told me to get. I don't have coilovers.
Bilsteins have variable valves on their tubes. They are impressive.
