which cams for my 03 GT

check the sig, either wanting to get the
vt stage I cams or
comp cams stage II

not sure, but dont really want to pull the heads, or swap the springs, but want a little more RWHP and a rougher idle....thanks for any input

well if you go with any type of stg 2's you'll need to swap the springs the stg 1's give you real good power because from this other thread the VT stg 1's give about 30-35 hp tuned and the VT stg 2's only 10 more hp don't know about the comp cams stg 2's on the difference.

As said above, if you don't want to swap springs but want a rougher idle with more power, then VT Engine Stage I's are a good idea. Don't know for sure how much power the Comp Cams are making.

IMHO, if you can afford it, then I'de go with Stage II's and swap out the heads for a set of Stage II heads. Might as well do it all at once if you can afford it, cause either way you're going to need to get the car tuned after any cam swap.

Get the stg 1s, they make more power under 3500 and only 10 less above there. Not worth the hassle IMHO. Better DD friendly cam.
