I was thinking of getting a chip tuned for my car.

The Mods are

3.73
bassani x/FMS shorties
2002 5.4heads/Intake
Zex nitrous Kit.

I was thinking of having two programs tuned, one for nitrous and one for N/A
So maybe on N/A have it burned at 14% and when i am ready to use the nitrous i can use a flip switch and drop the timing down to 9%.. any suggestions.

Any one chip better than the other?
I saw this on Ebay. is it any good?

Get it dyno tuned since you're going with spray.

EDIT: Since you want to have two programs, one for nitrous, one for n/a, I suggest going to the dyno tune and getting two tunes on a flip chip. One for n/a, and the other tune for the spray. Little more expensive, but definately worth it.

SCT!

You can get either a chip with a flip switch or a flasher where you download program to your car. The chips can also be dyno tuned by a authorized programmer.

Check out www.modulardepot.com and check out the cool SCT stuff. Call them in the morning and they can help you make a selection. This is probably the most respected chip/flasher is the business.

I recommend going to your local dyno tuner that has a dyno and does programming. Use whatever chip he uses. He can tune the car on the dyno for n/a and then a separate tune for nitrous. That is the safest way to go. Mail order chips are just best guesses.

There are a couple of chips that you can use and have the "flip" option. (listed in no particular order)
1) Autologic
2) SCT
3) Jet

Personally I like 1 & 2 the best. Both you can have done at a dyno shop where they can adjust all the necessary settings including a/f curve. I'm actually selling an autologic chip. If your interested PM me.
