which counterweight for Spec flywheel? Need 28oz

I ordered up a Fidanza steel flywheel recently, and ordered it at 28oz. Anyways, I got the Spec rebadge, but its tlabeled as the SF05S, which is a 50oz. However, it came with another counterweight, but I dont know which to use.

The larger counterweight, the smaller, both, or none?

Anybody used the Spec/Fidanza flywheel, but for 28oz?

Thanks for the reply. Did as you said. My first different balanced flywheel, so I was a little concerned. I dont want to pay for a stupid mistake.
