I have been shopping around at different nitrous kit I want. I have a stock bottom end right now so Im only going with a 100 shot but I want a kit that's going to be upgradeable when I do want to step it up.Ive been looking at the NX twin plate system which is upgradeable to a dual stage and it goes in 50hp increments up to 300hp but if I ever want to get a progressive controller I dont know if I can get what I want out of it and it doesnt seen like NX has nearly as many accessories as NOS does and I dont know if parts are interchangeable. Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.

Im not much of the nitrous fan myself, but i personally would go with NOS. Its probably the biggest nitrous company out there. They have an amazing selection. NX I've heard is fairly decent, but i would stick it to the blue and orange. I mean cmon, they even have there own energy drink llol but yeah, i would go for a wet spray of NOS. its the safets way to go.

doesnt NX rate there kits at wheel hp? like when they say 50 shot its 50 wheel. where is nos an edelbrock can say 50 shot but not at the wheels? i thought i read that somewhere. anyways NX has some nice kits most of the stuff is interchangable like bottle heaters, remote openers etc. and i deff would go wet shot with atleast a window switch.

NX has some pretty nice stuff. I run a TFS plate kit, basically a rebadged and boxed NX kit, and it is a great kit. Adjustable from 50-200 in 50 hp increments. Their tech is pretty good too. I had some questions about jet selection and fuel pressure and they walked me through it and made it pretty easy.

This also personal preference but I like the wet plate kits that go between the upper and lower intake. No chance of fuel puddling there. The kits that go after the TB can sometimes puddle fuel at low RPMs which is not a good thing.

I actually looked at the TFS kit also because my top end is trick flow but I again wasnt sure about interchangeability of parts and if I ever wanted to go to a two stage setup I didnt know if I could do it with that kit and also if I was to go with a NOS plate system the one that they sell for my car the smallest jet is a 150 can I just buy a smaller 100 shot jet after I buy that kit

The TFS kit is the same as the NX kit that is adjustable from 50-300hp but with smaller solenoids, hence the 200hp topout. You can change the solenoids to the larger NX ones and it will be good to 300.

Its a nice kit. The only problems that I had was finding a good location for mounting the solenoids and the fuel line that came with the kit was wayyyyyyyy to short for where I had to mount the solenoids so I had to get a longer line. Not a real big deal though.
