Which OEM distributor should i get???

i need a new distributor for my 93 5.0

ive looked at the parts stores and all i find is ones with cast iron gears and ones with steel gears.

my stock one has a bronze gear and it is all ate up. can i run any of the ones above? i have a stock cam

You'll have to get the bronze gear for the roller cam. 50resto has them for $56 and the part number is M12390E.
