Which pulley kit did u install on ur 94/95 5.0? BBK or March?

Newbie to an SN95. Gonna buy some aluminum pulleys.

BBK steel pullies here. I like them. Noticed a slight gain, but nothing earth shattering...

I went with the BBK's you have listed. I think my car came with MAC ud's but I switched to the BBKs for the polished look. Don't know much about March, but they seem very expensive.

bbk polished aluminum. not 100% sure on the number, but that kit looks the same as mine. i have had no problems or issues with them at all and the belt length stayed the same.

march polished and coated,along with polished power steering,idler and tensioner pulleys from wazzeepulleys.com.they look awesome together and i lost an inch on the belt.

id go march, black powdercoated aluminum. Thats what i went. Noticed small gain, beat a friend by a half of a car more than usual.

Just to get the terminology correct.

Powdercoat - process where charged paint particles (dry) are sprayed on to oppositely charged parts and then baked to melt and cure paint particles. A pretty rugged finish as far as paint goes, but only mildly resistant to solvent.

Hardcoated / Anodized - a process for aluminum where the aluminum is forced to oxidize in an acidic bath to form a hard, protective coating of aluminum oxide on the surface. Dye can be added to the process to color the piece. Anodizing is a pretty durable finish and is resistant to solvents.

I heard there was an issue with the BBK's finish on the pulleys causing a disruption in the way the belt would turn. Evidently the coating would come off and make the pulleys turn unevenly. I went with some Mac pulleys, they were cheap and definitely work great.

That why I went with mine. You cant beat $50 on eBay. And I def noticed a difference when I put them on.

Sounds like hardcoating is more durable then.
