Which spark plugs with Vortech & Boost cooler?

I am installing the heads, cam, supercharger and boost cooler next weekend running a 50/50 mix. I am wondering which spark plugs should I use with this combo. i am using GT40 iron heads..... also which gap should I use. I am not sure if the methanol changes anything so this is why I am asking.
