Which spring rate with Team Z k member kit?

Hey everyone, I'm about to order a Team Z k member kit and I'm not sure which springs to get for a street/strip application. My car weighs roughly 3100 lbs as it sits now. Any other helpful hints for the install are appreciated, also!
