Which Subrames?

Face it people, unless you're looking for some special application, subframes from just about any mfg will do. You could make your own from steel tubing and plate, and they'd be just as good, as long as they were fabbed properly and welded in properly.

What exactly are these jacking rails? Is it where you put the jack when you're jacking up the car?

they're steel segments that go along the side of the frame so you can place the jack anywhere along that segment. Almost all cars have jacking points, which a reinforced so you can lift the entire side of the car without going through the floorpan or bending the metal. That Kenne Brown Matrix system does look pretty good, but I'll stick to regular full length subframes (steeda by choice) for now.
