My stage 2 is going in today, and i have heard some people say use a throwout bearing from ford and some say to use the spec TOB....which one should i use? thanks
please let us know. I just ordered the McLeod clutch too, but im not installing it for a few months so ive got some time to think about the TOB.ToplessStang said:When I ordered my Mcleod clutch kit from Maximum Motorsport I also ordered the MM TOB. I have no clue what brand it is but I hope I'm hoping it's better than the Ford.

thanks, we try
guess thats just the American way
everything is "new & improved"
And like I said in a earlier post, both the "HD" and the "Ford Genuine Parts" stocker, are nothing more than the Federal Mogul/BCA bearing #614014. It even has the Ford part#F7ZZ-7548-AA stamped on it.RandyStinchcomb said:thanks, we try

it just bothers me that Frpp just re-packs some "stock" FoMoCo parts and then labels them as "High Performance" and the consumer thinks he or she is getting a better productguess thats just the American way
