which tremec tranny?

took out the mark engine that was in my 01 cobra and got an 01 cobra engine and tranny to replace it. as i was swapping them out i noticed the trannys are different. the one that was in the car is a TCET 1265 and the one on the engine im putting in is a TSET 1386. i looked up the info on both and couldnt find anything on the TSET. I was wondering which transmission i should put in with the swap. thanks (dirtier one is the TCET)

The "old" one looks to be a TR3650. The "new" one looks like a T-45 to me.

I found a reference to "TNET 1386" on Tremec's site:

Maybe it's a variant of that.

I think trinity is right, if so the 3650 would be the correct trans for your car. 99's had the t-45, 01's t-3650

the 3650 is already equipt with a steeda tri-ax shifter too . looks like im droppin it back in tomorrow, thanks for the help!
