Which water pump should I go with?

Yesterday wasn't the best day for my car... in addition to my shifting problems (http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?p=5178316#post5178316) I also noticed a big green puddle under the car only 3 hours after I parked it. I know my water pump has been seeping from the weep hole, but now that I bypassed my leaking heater core it's much worse, must be because of more pressure in the cooling system.

So which water pump should I replace it with? Stock replacement or aftermarket, and where's the best place to buy from? With my Griffin radiator the stock pump keeps it plenty cool, so I guess I'm more concerned with longevity and cost than something that will pump a lot more water. I'd definately prefer to stay away from parts store remanufacured pumps, I saw a lot of those coming back with problems when I worked at a parts store. A brand new one isn't that much more anyway...

How hard is it to replace the pump? Any tips on making the job easier?

i reccomend the FRPP pump, flow-kooler, or even the summit brand . another is the edelbrock, but those do cost alot. you don't seem to want a parts store replacement, but there is nothing wrong with one of those. i've heard bad things about the stewart blowing bearings or the impellar shaft breaking.

Is there a difference between the stock replacement and the Ford racing replacement?
The Ford racing replacement is probably going to be better quality than just a stock replacement.
I have never needed any extra flow over stock from a water pump living in Florida and Texas so I wouldn't spend the money on a high flow WP.
