Which way to adjust clutch cable.... ??

Which way does one need to adjust the clutch cable (down at the fork end)to lower the "engagement" point of the clutch ??

Yea, after driving my "new" 84 F250 (w/bad clutch) that had a POE of about 1/2", my Stang with a POE of about 5" HAS to be dropped down!
