Which would you perfer saleen or roush?

Hey guys just to give any update im getting my cars exterior all did up and i need some opinions, I have a 01 GT LaserRed mustang and I either want to go with the roush stage 3 or the saleen look, both will have a s-281 wing and 18' chrome saleens.

What would make you guys say wow thats badass, would it most likely be a saleen looking mustang or a roush stage 3, ( p.s. I have the motor already built, now just moving on to the exterior)


Thanks guys for any input left I'm thankful.

I like the roush kit only if I were buying one. I like sleeper stocks better.

you have a nice car there my friend, I love that kit with the 03/04 cobra hood, I think its beautiful. When you get the saleens on please post pics

I agree with the sleeper look but I'm just stating to want to work on the exterior now.

the side exhaust sound like to me. without the tips, it looks like a V6 from the back, especially when Roush didn't bother to change the back bumper. just my own personal opinion of course.

Not a huge fan of the bulky looking roush kits, or side exhaust. The stage 3 front bumper is ok, & the stage one front is ugly as all hell. The Saleen's on the other hand are badass If I was to change my whole bodykit though, I would go with the 03-04 Cobra kit. It just looks so sleek & smooth.

Saleen bodywork looks a lot better on 99-04's than the Roush body does...

i'm partial to Roush.
Saleen to me is too much boy racerish, although I wanted Saleen kit first.
But do know this - If you go with Saleen kits, have several bottle of Tylenol for your headach, as you will get many headach with quality and fitting, and prep.

At least my Roush kit was PERFECT fit the first time, and I don't care what others say - Side exhaust is the chit

Saleen. Rear center exhaust and rear wing looks sweet. I prefer no "clone" or other body kits. Updating 99-00 to 01-04 is okay but not worth the cash. (hood and side scoops)

Isn't it funny to see poser six bangers with GT or even worse Cobra badging or graphics!! LOL!!!
