I get this whining noise only when I "accelerate" and "deccelerate" and while driving past 30mph. This sound only comes on when it hits about 30mph. It sounds like a nail in my tire kinda like sound because it sounds like "2 mini plastic balls inside a rattle" rattling faster when I go faster usually always past 30mph. But there is no nail in my tire and the mechanic said that if it was a nail/screw, you could hear it at even 2mph.
The mechanic sat in my car as I drove to listen for what the sound is. He doesn't exactly know but believes it's aerodynamic issues (for example, air going through my wing assuming it was loose somewhere making a whistling sound). He said it's not the engine because the sound doesn't happen when I'm at a stop.
Any ideas guys?
