I just got some white face gauges and I have a Diablo tuner. Can I use the tuner to recalibrate my speedo after puting on the new gauges. I had this done on my v6 and the speedo was off by 5 mph, I don't want the same problems with this car.

The tuner doesn't work that way.

If you change the rear end gears, you use the tuner to recal your speedo to tire size and rear end gears.

If you put new gauge faces on, pull the needles off and put them back and your speedo if off, you are on your own. You need to place the needle back in the right location.

If you don't want to lose your calibration, get a set of overlays that slip over and don't require you to take the needles off.

These are my $27 e-bay indiglo gauges. No needle removing necessary
