Who can help with a coolant issue?

My daughter's V6 has a coolant leak and it appears to be puddling in the area right below the coil pack. Looking under there I see a sensor with 3 wires going to it. Without disassembling anything, it looks like the coolant could be leaking from where that sensor goes into the block.

It sits right underneight the coil pack. Can anyone tell me what this thing is?

What year is the car? Also, without looking at mine, it could be the coolant temp sensor?

Sorry. It is a 97. I know where one sending unit is....on the same post as the bleed screw. Is there a 2nd one? If so, is one for the EEC and the other for the gauge?

Under the coil pack is the Cam position sensor. Is it a round black circle thing?? or some other sensor??

Yep, that looks like it. Well, I guess it can't leak water easily!

Well darn, I can't see what is leaking. I think that is the spot.
