Underneath your screen name where it says "official member"....that is the CT. A mod or an admin has to give you the custom ones. And sometimes they are nice and sometimes they aren't. But none the less its great to get one.

The staff does not expect you all understand the nuances and complexity that goes into assigning an appropriate CT.

Accept it as just something that "is".
