Was just wondering... When we go out, if it's his car, he drives, if it's my car, I drive, but when our friends go out, he always drives, even if it's her stang. How do you guys work it, and if you ALWAYS do the driving, why??

Being that my girl drives a VW beetle, she drives her own car I'll never be seen driving that car.

We'll usually always drive our own. I like my '04 GT better than his '03 GT really...i think mine drives better and i'm not used to his clutch. plus i think his is a tad tooo loud haha. We both don't care if the other drives the other's car though for like a quick errand...sometimes depends on who's last in the driveway.

When I was married, when we went out in my wife's Blazer (which I bought) I drive. But now that I'm not married, my girlfriend drives her own car when we are in it and once in a blue moon I'll let her drive my mustang.

The guy always drives...no matter what car we are in.

I dunno, always seemed the more "gentlemanly" thing to do. Ever time i go out with a female friend to the mall or somewhere, they are always handing me the keys.

I always drive. I was married for 5 years and I could count on 1 hand how many times my wife drove (I was too drunk all those times). A little known fact in Ohio...when you are attempting to pass your driver's test you are only allowed 5 tries in each county. My wife had to go from Richland county to Morrow county and finally got her license on the 6th try. This, my friends, is why I never let her drive.

I'll drive the girls car (05 Civic lol) every now and again - but she really preferes to drive herself. I don't really mind except during rush hour, she's not the most experienced driver... (hadn't driven on the interstate until I forced her to so we could go to a movie across town). Nobody drives my car besides me. Not even my Dad whos garage I regularly steal for my projects, haha. It's probably a good idea I don't let people drive my car though, it's a little fast

I usually drive regardless.

She can't drive my 6-speed... and I won't let her try anymore.

And if we do take her car (a Scion tC). I will drive it 70% of the time... though it frustrates me cause I would just rather be driving my own car.

She only drives her car if I am tired or been drinking..

I usually always drive. The gf kind of scares me when she drives. Only time I let her drive(in her car) is if I have been drinking, that way im out of it and I cant tell if shes about to hit anything.
