Tell them to GTFO. Street bikes and Cobra in garage for sure, and Im willing to bet, that IF they buy it, the dirt bike can stay in there too and have PLENTY of room.

thats definitely been considered, bro. I dont mind paying more for garage space, hell, i'd pay another 500 bucks a month to kick all them out of it and have the whole damn thing to myself just to get rid of the headache. theres some highschool crap goin on right now too. I came home this afternoon and my garage door opener didnt work. walk in the front door and go around....someone disconnected the power supply to the door opener. damn plug is layin on the ground.

I agree with the whatever costs more theory. its an investment protection.

In all fairness, if you guys all split the rent equally they all deserve garage space too regardless of what they have.

House Square footage + garage Square footage divided by total rent equals divided rent. Each person has a percentage of garage. Do the math. Buy out the square footage you need. Garage divided by renters.
