YOU CAN ORDER A NEW TENSIONER BOLT FROM PROCHARGER. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REPLACE THE BRACKET. ALSO NEXT TIME YOU HAVE TO PUT A BELT ON, TAKE THE BLOWER PULLEY OFF AND WRAP THE BELT AROUND IT AND THEN TRY AND SLIDE THE BLOWER PULLEY WITH THE BELT ON IT BACK ON THE BLOWER. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY D1 PROCHARGED 5.0. THE 69" BELT IS TOO LONG AND THAT IS WHY THE BOLT BENT. THERE IS NO 68.5" BELT IN 12 RIB.

watch them tensioners they like to be a little loose you try to reef em tight they bust a belt for some reason I personally don't like that setup.
