I'm not sure how much cheaper it is, but proficientperformance.com has quite a selection of Bassani products

I would not run the bassani alumized mide pipe. look at vrs or magnaflow stainless pipes. better bang for the buck.

I doubt it, although I didnt ask them what "midpipe" they had. I was more concentrated on the nice paint and the lambo'd doors. They were really low, with a really aggressive stance too. It was in Daytona for spring break nationals.

Obviously, that was a smart ass remark you made about my taste for lambo doors.

The average opinion among most of the mustang people I know say that if you want a little bit of performance and nicer sound, go with the H pipe, and if you want a little more performance at the sacrifice to sound.. go with the TRADITIONALLY more raspy x-pipe.

Sorry for over reacting about the lambo door thing, i thought maybe you were remembering back to a thread where I introduced the idea of lambo doors for a good price. obviously, I wont bring that up again on these boards.. heh.

I'm not a great judge on x pipes anyways, I've only heard two setups, one was full bassani and i think one was bassani x with flowmasters? That last one sounded like a ricer duel exhaust civic. It was LOOOOOUD, I'll give him that.

Imagine a stock mustang racing a loud ass rice civic, that was the exact noise it made.

when i swapped my prochamber out for the bbk x pipe, i still had two chambered flows on it. It sounds like a v8 civic with a fart can on it on down shifts IMO

Are you referring to my clips? I hated the sound when we first installed the x but it grew on me...and it sounds soooooooo good at WOT.

Look up AMPPerformance out in Tempe, AZ. I think the aluminized Bassani's went for $475.
