Who has clear-coated engine bay parts?

rc..... i have since done all the things you are talking about, even removed and recoated the power steering pulley, moved the battery, bought a radiator cover(cleaned up the Engine bay a lot).


I don't drive my car except for like 2-3 times a month....so it is soon to be a show car.....CHROME here i come....lol


Rc...don't worry man any suggestions made by someone with a car as mint as yours won't be ignored..........


Ps...... Does anyone know if Wazee is still selling those pullies or not...???

I have an extra idler pulley.. the bearings were bad, so wazee sent me the new bearings for it, along with the C-clip, and a new bolt to replace the Tx bolt....Ill sell it for 1/2 of Wazee's price if you want it. ( last I remember, I think the idler one was in the $40's.

not neccessarily lazy when you gotta do the chroming yourself..... I may get if done for the price of materials......but i am gonna have to do it.............lol

Rc......forgot to add... I can give you his number...... everything isn't fully up and running yet...... I can give you a phone number or an e-mail address though.... I would be interested in the idler...prolly pick it up from you this week or something. I have looked for an aluminum alt. pulley as mine got warped somehow.....and haven't had any luck....you don't have one of those do you? or anyone else...

I clear coated everything I painted under the hood. My engine block is also colorshift painted with clear coating and I've seen no problems at all will discoloring or bronzing.
