I am thinking about replacing my GT seats with a set of black summit seats and just wanted to know who has them and do you like them. I don't want to spend more than $400-500 bucks on a set and They look like a decent seat

Though i dont own a fox body, i have them in my '95, and i love them. They are comfy, pretty durable, and look awesome. Not to mention i drilled the stock sliders out and bolted the seats right to them to retain the power slide. Heres some pics...

I have them. They definitely hold you in the car, and are great for cornering, and are not bad for cruises either, but they are very um.... stiff. AKA - Rock hard. They look cool, but in my opinion (and let me stress the OPINION part) they don't have the quality feel of a Corbeau. Also, if you mount them to the stock seat brackets, they sit quite a bit higher, so you may have to fabricate a bracket if you are tall. (I'm 5' 11 and I fit fine)

I'm not trying to keep you from getting them, just trying to help you make an informed decision.

One more thing, I'm in Calgary, and the price of the seats pretty much doubled by the time I paid duty (they're not made in the US) Brokerage fees, and shipping.

Hope this helps.

No offense to those who have them but those are crap. they feel bad..they are poorly made and you can buy two of them for $299.00 at Murrays.

Get seats out of a newer Mustang.
