The contrast in fine. No problems with vision. THe only thing I would worry about is how bright they are at night. I have the brother's performance 200mph white face. One of my bulbs went out in the speedo side, and from about 30 to 70 mph, It's hard to see how fast I'm going. As long as your speedo bulbs are all working, thye look awesome.
I have the nrauto white face, indiglo gauges and have had the mac, and another set before too. compared to the nrauto, the quality on all others absolutely does not compare.
I have no issues whatsoever with the lighting or needles showing up. I have the white face a/c gauges to match as well as the phantom white face tach and fuel pressure gauge on the pillar. I also had the phantom nitrous gauge in the pillar but sold the kit so that hole is empty.
I got my gauges from ebay, the whole face was white, so I got a bezel from ebay as well, that made them circles.
Here they are in the daytime. (I just painted the carbon fiber crap flat black and it looks way better now)
The first pic is of them at night. I can change the colors from light greens > kinda dark greens > light blues to dark blues like in the picture. Also i took some of the bulbs out of the back so they don't show through on the sides at night like in the pic.
