Who made the kick panels with speaker inserts?

Since the search button seems to be missing, I was hoping someone may be able to answer my question.

I recall reading that someone here at stangnet made their own kick panels with speaker inserts (for both 6.5" mids and tweeters). The recall the guy using fiberglass to do this. Does anyone recall who this person is?

If you've worked with fiberglass before, they're really not that difficult to make. Plan on spending about a weekend if they're your first set.
