Who makes a good cat back exhaust?

I'd like a Stainless cat back exhaust for my 89GT. I want the turndown tips to look factory bent. Any suggestions? I appreciate the help.

If you want quiet, borla makes the most quiet cat back I've heard. Otherwise Bassani I've heard makes a really nice system. I would also check out Magnaflow but from my experience, the stainless does get a little surface rust depending on the climate but what can you expect from exhaust.

Also, if you have a PHB in the rear end: Only the Dynomax or Flowmaster systems will clear (since they follow the factory routing)

Everyone has opinions on exhaust (cough) Bassani (cough). But you really have to consider your budget (cough) Bassani (cough) and what type of sound you want (cough) Bassani (cough). There are many companies to choose from (cough) Bassani (cough) and the quality must be considered too (cough) Bassani (cough). Good luck narrowing it down (cough) Bassani (cough).

I agree about the bassini systems. I have some of there stuff on my pick-up truck and it is really good quality.

Dynomax makes a great catback system and isnt nearly as expensive as the Bassani.

i love my slp loudmouth. its not for the quiet lovers though, but you can go with the lm II 's (quiteter) or the powerflows(quietest) in the same system .Its a nice stainless system

well i personaly think slp should stay on the chevy stuff not to be offensive to anybody here with it, but i think the mac catback sounds great not to loud at a idle but you know its there when you get into it . anthother good choice would be the spintech produmps.

Does anyone have pics of a Bassani on their 87-93GT? The website has no pics of the system. I didn't like the rear tips on the Borla or Magnaflow for the GT. I like the look of the Flowmaster system I've seen, but I'd prefer Stailness pipes. Thanks for the help!

Magnaflow makes a great exhaust. Fit with no problems. I also get a lot of comments as to people liking the differant sound.
