who makes long tubes to go around an AOD in a classic?

The flange on the drivers side was close to the pan for me, but I have about 1/2-3/4 inch of room next to the pan rail. There's enough room for the linkage too, I have the Windsor Fox piece. The tight spot is doing to be the driver's side of the transmission cross-member. I am going to have to find a very good exhaust man to connect the collectors to the tail pipes, particularly since I'm going to want a crossover (X or H) in there as well.

351w headers fit but 302 headers will not.

i have 351w headers right now on my 302 and they fit around the AOD but it hits the steering box. :notnice:

Hmmmm...steering box. I had not considered that at all since I don't have one :D

Is it hitting the box with the worm gear or the PS-ram? You will need a PS lowering bracket if it is the latter.

PS. that driveshaft fit like a dream...TY!
