Who makes this and what is it exactly?

The engine I bought came with this. Looks like an old ignition box but not exactly sure. The distributor is an old accel from the 70s. Anyone recognize the brand or maybe help with a wiring diagram?

It’s an Accel BEI II ignition box. From the 1970s. Found my answer.
