Who sells Y2k Cobra R 18x9 rims? WITH 36mm offset???? HELP

I'm looking for the rim that is pictured below. It is the Y2k aka Cobra R 2000 rim. The size i'm looking for is 18x9 with 36mm offset. All i can find it 24mm. Although i know they make them in 36mm. My neighbor has them with 36mm offset and said they were originally designed for the 99-04 Mustangs. He bought them before the s197's came out. Anybody know any places that sell them? Any places i could call or any manufactors i could call? Any help would be appreciated!!!
