You can just use some fishing line or a thin string and go behind the emblems to cut the tape, then they will just fall off...

using fishing wire to take off the emblems will work but there will be some double sided tape left on the car, just get some wax a grease remover and it will slowly soften and come off, some polishing will be needed after you get all the residue off.
