Capris rock, as long they don't have that hideous bubblebutt hatch. I like the 85-86 Stang's look alot... except for the quarter glass. I'd swap out the 1/4 glass on any of the pre 87 fox's. Those psuedo louver things just look retarded. The 82 GT had a kickass nose. Hate the standard 79-84 nose.

Aero notch, and LX hatch? Hell yes! Aero GT? It's taken awhile, but they're slowly growing on me. Two conditions...ditch the 2tone paint, and ditch the cheesegrater tail lights. And to anyone who has done it, or is thinking of doing it... Notchbacks look STUPID with a saleen whaletail spoiler.

Ahhh the old bubble hatch Capri.....seems like most people are pretty unanimous in hateing them. Personally i can't say i like them all that much, and i really don't care for Capri tale lights either, but i'd still have them both on a Capri if i owned one, simply because they're so much different than a Mustang, and that's really the only thing that can set it apart from it's cousins.

Good luck...it took me about 3 years to find one that wasn't priced around $400 on eBay, and i found mine by chance sitting in a guy's front yard on a back road and it wasn't even for sale...i had to put cash in his face to buy it.

I love early model carpis with the regular flat back hatch window and 4 eyes are cool too. I finally got the notch that I have wanted for years. I just had to convince my wife to let me buy it.

I hate posting other people's cars but in case he doesn't post, here it is. I can't remember who though so that sucks. It's probably the only way i'd consider owning a vert. It's a SHAME that Ford didn't use this nose more often back in the day, it was so badass looking. It should have showed up on some coupes and convertibles.

Not even close. This car has been an uphill battle from day one. But I finally am almost ready to get the new engine in it. So right now it's a POS.
I like all fox body stangs, be it a four eyed or aero style, GT or LX, coupe or hatch.

Thanks Guys I have a few more pics of the vert. Not too many its down for the ount right now. I need to get my new motor in and do the engine bay. Hopefully it will see the road come spring.
