Why are there so many holes in the engine compartment???

I welded all my holes in then ground them down and went over them with bondo then sanded it down, looks good

looks good. Did you fill in the holes on the top of the radiator support? Ill take some pics of mine tonight.

My buddy (slo88gt) just used bondo from a squeeze tube, sanded down, painted, looks factory.. except from the other side (don't look in the fender well.. yikes!)

The bondo is going to crack eventually over time.

I just did my friends engine bay. Heres some pics of it right before the primer. I have pics of it painted gloss black but i dont have the cable for the digi cam.
