I know my brakes arent bad because i just did the Cobra R (brembo) fronts and the Cobra rear upgrade with new calipers and pads. So everything is only a couple of months old and worked perfectly quiet til now. All of a sudden last week the brakes started squealing. But they only do it when i am almost stopped like rolling at 5-10mph or slower. What does that mean and what can i do to stop it?

Anyway squeaking is caused by harmonics between the pad and rotor. Apply anti-squeal grease to the backside of the pads and other pad contact points.
first thing to check is to make sure there is no cracks in the pad surface. If the pads are ok then try the stop squeak stuff that was recommended..

ok here is what to do it will take a little more time. but it will definatly help out and pretty much a 99% gaurantee that your brakes will stop squeaking
Go To your local Auto parts store. You will need to pick up a couple things. You will need : Silicone Brake Lubricant (Paste type Lubricant), Brake Quiet (Spray for Back Side of Pads) , Brake Quiet (Spray for The Actual Rotor)
Take your brakes apart. The Caliper should be attached to Slides on the braket assembly. Pull the slides out of the bracket and Lubricate them with the Silicone Lubricant. Replace them in the bracket. Take your Rotor off MAke sure its clean (Brakleen works great) and spray both side of the rotor with the Spray intended for the rotors only. Don't use the Spray for the back of the Pads on this. You will destroy the rotor and pads. Next Take each pads and make sure the leading edge and trailing edges are beveled. at a rough 45 deg angle. If they aren't a file or rough surface works well to make it. This will help to eliminate any vibrations in the pads. Next clean them off and spray the back of the pad (NOT THE PAD BUT THE BACKING PLATE) with the spray intended to be used to the back of the pads. let the pads sit for bout 10-20 min to allow that to tack up and/or dry. Re assemble your brakes and anywhere u have metal to metal to metal contact (mainly pad to Bracket holding them in place) Use a little bit of the silicone lubricant between them. Keep ur surfaces clean and make sure to open ur bleeder up when pushing ur caliper pistons in a bit so u don't mess up ur abs system. There is the novel.

I'll try them tomorrow and i'm sure it will get rid of the squealing.my brakes do the same thing. they usually only do it if i do some heavy braking, like massive corner carving. they will only squeak when im coming to a stop from 5-15mph pulling up to the front of my house. i have taken them apart and everything is fine, no heat spots on the rotors, and pads are good. the pads that come with the Cobra R brakes are fairly aggressive, so being that they are a pad thats GOOD at gripping, they give up Low/No noise, and no dusting.
I am with you on your post will except for opening the bleeder.. You do not need to open the bleeder on any ford models to prevent ABS system damage. I don't suggest opening the bleeders unless you have to for another repair.
