Why fox 4cyl springs?

it lowers the car while improving weight distribution when launching at the track.

What is the drop rate? Like 1"? What springs are good for the rear with this combo? Do you want stiff springs in the front and near stock springs in the rear? I think the stock combo is 450lb front/200 rear, so if you stick with 200/300 in the rear, wouldn't you have decent weight transfer? I want to lower my car a bit but don't want to loose any quarter mile time/traction.

You want fox body 4 cylinder springs up front which will allow weight transfer to the rear. You can use a regular V8 spring for the rear or a Bullitt spring or a drag spring. The 4 cylinder spring will also help lower the front too.

When it comes to drag racing, do you want a stiffer srping in the front? Like 500-600lb springs? I'm considering the Ford F springs which have a rating of 460-570 front and 200-250 rear versus the 450 front /210 rear stockers.
