No kidding, right? Looks like a nice neighborhood. I'd call the cops every time I heard the POS pass my house. I'm surprised a parent in the neighborhood hasn't taken a bat to him and his car, for driving like an ass in a residential neighborhood where kids play. How can that be remotely legal exhaust?

The only thing that pisses me off, is his driving habit.

Beyond that, his tastes aren't mine, but what the hell, it's his time/money. He can spend it (or waste it if that's your opinion) anyway he wants to.
