As the title states. I am rebuilding and wondered if the 03-04 Cobra head gaskets will fit my 99 2V. I'm have a built motor and have access to these, but if they won't work I'll just use the 2V ones.

put the gaskets on the block, then against the head. if nothing is blocked i dont see why not. the only thing is that the 03.04 gaskets might be a little thicker.

I'm putting together a motor for boost and wanted a good gasket , that if lowers compression doesn't really matter. I don't want to spend the extra cash to try and fit these gaskets if they won't work. Just trying to find out if they will work with no issues, then I will use them.

They are different. 2V is circle and 4V is rectangle.

i believe he's talking about about block to cylinder head gaskets. not cylinder head to intake manifold gaskets. now that aside, i wouldn't know if they would work or not. as other's have said, best way to find out is to compare it to the block and head to see if anything gets blocked.
